Whatever brings you to the Capitol, we have a room for you.  Your hosts, Marcus and Julia, are a young couple living in the friendly Park View neighborhood of Washington, DC.  Our home, located in a block of historic townhouses, includes a semi-private suite that we hope to grow into with kids and extended family in the coming years.  In the meantime, we enjoy hosting visiting professionals, students, and tourists from around the world for 10 - 18 week stays.  

We are not a formal business -- just homeowners with space for roommates -- but we know that short-term stays can be difficult to arrange.  So we try to make it as simple as we can!  Our 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms are available on a semester-by-semester basis at a set price, which includes utilities, internet, laundry, linens, dishes, and other basics.  And while we are conveniently located to 2 metro stops, several bus lines, Capital BikeShare, Uber, Lyft, Car2Go, and ZipCar, our driveway is available for an additional fee.  We'll even get you started in your new home-away-from-home with a welcome basket, including enough shampoo, soap, and similar sundries to ensure you settle in comfortably!  Need a tip on where to get a great cup of coffee in the neighborhood?  We're right upstairs and happy to help.
